Silver Sea Features

Silver Sea is 42' in length and 13' wide and draws 4' of water. She was built by Provincial in Prince Edward Island and displaces 11 net tons.

Cockpit area is very large for a vessel of this size. Overall cockpit length is 26' and is generally 12' wide. This allows for a great work platform which can comfortably accommodate equipment, supplies, cargo and still allow for safe operation.

She cruises comfortably at 15-16 knots and is capable of 21-23 knots at top speed.

She is currently berthed at the Town of Dennis Marina (West side) in Sesuit Harbor on Cape Cod where she is often utilized as a backup towboat and salvage vessel.

Captains for Silver Sea are U.S.C.G. licensed and belong to a U.S.C.G.-approved random drug-testing program.
